Registration of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. phppub reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances associated with duplicate registrations.
2.3 By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 phppub reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for the decision.
3.1 phppub is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gaming obligations. All accounts must undergo KYC verification before withdrawal access is activated.
3.2 KYC documentation required includes, at minimum, a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (such as a national ID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, or UMID card).
3.3 phppub may request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation, where required by regulatory obligations or internal risk assessment procedures.
3.4 Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stipulated timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality and may result in account closure. phppub is not liable for any inconvenience resulting from delays caused by a player's failure to complete verification.
3.5 All identity documentation submitted to phppub is processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification and regulatory compliance purposes.
4.1 All transactions on the phppub platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phppub does not charge currency conversion fees.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, and Metrobank transfer, subject to availability at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are specified at the point of deposit.
4.3 Deposits are generally credited to player accounts immediately upon confirmed receipt. phppub is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed to the player's verified payment method. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.5 phppub aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times during peak periods or public holidays may vary.
4.6 phppub reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, completion of applicable bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.7 Any deposits made using fraudulently obtained payment instruments will result in immediate account suspension, reversal of all associated credits, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
5.1 phppub may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion terms before any portion may be converted to withdrawable cash funds.
5.3 Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only funds that remain in a player's cash balance after wagering requirements have been satisfied are eligible for withdrawal.
5.4 phppub reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has received bonus funds but before wagering requirements are met, phppub will take a proportionate approach to resolution on a case-by-case basis.
5.5 Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or any form of systematic advantage play will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account termination.
6.1 Each game offered on phppub is governed by its own individual rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding applicable game rules before wagering.
6.2 phppub uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games and works exclusively with licensed game providers whose products are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories.
6.3 Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers operating under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time.
6.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, phppub reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any wagers placed. phppub's decision in such circumstances is final.
6.5 Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available upon request and are published where required. The house edge varies by game and bet type. Players acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are never guaranteed.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phppub platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement:

9.1 phppub reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of this Agreement, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
9.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not associated with breach of these Terms), any remaining verified cash balance will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
9.3 Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, phppub reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Any balance determined to have been derived from prohibited activity will be forfeited.
9.4 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phppub support. Requests for permanent account closure will be processed within five (5) business days.
10.1 The phppub platform is provided "as is" and "as available." phppub makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phppub shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings caused by technical malfunctions, connectivity failures, or acts of third-party providers.
10.3 phppub's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phppub's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
11.1 All content on the phppub platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, and audiovisual materials — is the property of phppub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any platform content.
12.1 phppub collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using phppub, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 phppub will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing with third parties is limited to circumstances required for regulatory compliance, payment processing, identity verification, and service delivery.
13.1 phppub reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
13.2 Continued use of the phppub platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you may close your account before the amendment takes effect.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution body.
